We're off to Kent for a few days so no blog entries for a while. Enjoy the Bank Holiday!

About Us

Between us we have nine wonderful children and a dog called Buddy and often hired narrowboats for family holidays. We bought our first narrowboat in 2010 and had the current one built in 2016.

In November 2014 we started living permanently on the boat so we could cruise wherever the fancy took us.

We had our boat shipped over to France in March 2019 and are now enjoying a new way of life living on the French waterways.

In the nine years since moving aboard we have travelled 6,505 miles through 4,465 locks, including 3,569 miles through 1,946 locks in mainland Europe, mainly France.
