This box was made by BP Walker in Birmingham and is one of the small versions of the 1871-1880 range of wall boxes. This particular style of the small box in the range was made between in 1873 and 1877.
This is box number DT10 4 and can be found opposite the church in Hammoon near Sturminster Newton in Dorset, UK.
It was spotted by Peter Williams on 24 January 2022.
