VR Wall Box Thame: Stoke Talmage - OX9 535

This box was made by Smith & Hawkes in Birmingham and this style of box was made from 1861 to 1871.

It is box number OX9 535 and can be found on what is now a private garage at the end of someone's driveway.  It is what used to be the village stores and post office in Stoke Talmage near Thame in Oxfordshire.
