It is box number CV21 16 and can be found on the London bound platform of Rugby station in Warkwickshire. Apparently there is also one on the north bound platform but we haven't seen it yet.

VR Wall Box Rugby: Station, London Platform - CV21 16
This box was made by WT Allen of London and is one of the medium size versions of the 1881-1901 range of wall boxes which was the last range of wall boxes made in the Victorian era. This particular style of the medium size box in the range was made between 1881 and 1885.
