This box was made by WT Allen of London and is one of the medium size versions of the 1881-1901 range of wall boxes which was the last range of wall boxes made in the Victorian era. This particular style of the medium size box in the range was made between 1893 and 1900.
It is box number PL28 88 and can be found at the junction of Dennis Road and Station Road in Padstow, Cornwall.It was spotted by Peter Williams on 16th October 2020.
