This box was made by WT Allen of London and is one of the medium size versions of the 1881-1901 range of wall boxes which was the last range of wall boxes made in the Victorian era. This particular style of the medium size box in the range was made between 1881 and 1885.
It is box number PL30 63 and can be found in the hamlet of Helland near Bodmin in Cornwall, UK.It was spotted by Peter Williams in August 2020.
