This box was made by WT Allen of London and is one of the medium size versions of the 1881-1901 range of wall boxes which was the last range of wall boxes made in the Victorian era. This particular style of the medium size box in the range was made in 1900 and 1901.
It is box number BS8 259 and can be found on Downfield Road in Bristol.
It was spotted by Steve on 15 June 2022.
