This box was made by WT Allen of London and is one of the small size versions of the 1881-1901 range of wall boxes which was the last range of wall boxes made in the Victorian era. This particular style of the small size box in the range was made between 1886 and 1901.
It was box number HP2 141 and can be found in Bridens Camp near Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. It is now out of use.
