This oval box with twin apertures was made by Andrew Handyside of Derby and London and this particular style of oval box was made in 1899.
It is box number EC3 320 and can be found on Cornhill in the City of London.
It was spotted by Steve on 10 August 2018. When Steve saw it, it had been temporarily removed from service as it had been damaged.
